Having started her real estate career in 2008; Bridget always knew it was a career in Property Management that she truly wanted to pursue, over the years Bridget has committed to researching all aspects of the investment and Property Management sector, ensuring the advice she offers her clients is second to none.
Bridget's core role is to assist all landlords, to ensure that they are well informed and supported throughout their landlord journey and that their investment property is achieving a maximum rent return along with the best care and advice for long term productivity and security.
For Bridget, the appeal of Property Management lies in the fact that no two days are ever the same, each day has its own challenges to overcome, as well as its own rewards. Bridget builds long term relationships with her clients which in turn ensures they trust her advice as well as the team she places around herself. Bridget has equipped herself with a support team of Tax Depreciators, Accountants, Building inspectors and brokers, ensuring her clients receive top service, all from just one phone call.
Bridget's expertise and level of customer service were recognized in 2017 when she was a finalist in the REB awards for her role as a Business Development Manager.
Bridget's experience in the industry has provided her with an in-depth understanding of what it is that landlords want, need and expect from their experience with owning an investment property and she goes out of her way to ensure these needs are met at all times. With a thorough understanding of the legislation and high attention to detail, Bridget hopes to ensure every client experiences an exceptional level of customer service above and beyond their expectations.
Outside of work, Bridget likes to spend her time with her partner Brendan and their young son, Charlie, and she also enjoys catching up with friends and traveling.
