Majority homes are less than five years old. There are some homes which are around ten years old especially in the Rise Estate. Are they generally family homes? Almost all the homes are family homes. How old is the area/s or estates? There are three estates in Lyndhurst. Rise Estate is approximately ten years old, Melington Estate is approximately seven years old and the Marriott Waters Estate is approximately three years old.
